Waiting for a week now on an online order - Pathetic

I am very disappointed in Clicks online. 2 months ago i ordered an air fryer online, everything was a success. I got my order within 3 days. Now I ordered one for my parents. Its been a week now and still the order show on the same status. Payment was done with my mastercard which was also used with the previous purchase. I phoned today and got a case number and the online staff will phone me within 48 hours, which is for me not good enough. This is absolutely pathetic. My order number: #*** & case number: 349979
