Waiting around at Clicks coz I've got time to **** - _-

Standing at clicks montclaire for 15 minutes after lights came back (load shedding) and the all the staff including the manager are sitting around reading newspapers and walking around with sandwiches in their hands and there's a crowd of customers forming outside THEN this lady comes up to us to tell us they are offline!!! Seriously!!! you could have told us this we would've been on our Mary way but no you just starred at us like we're animals in a zoo .. Sad to see what was once excellent customer service being *****ed by an inconciderate bunch of unawares that have no understanding of the term "customer service"
