Voucher on the Run

On the 29/01/2016 I decide to do all my shopping at Canal Walk as I received two 10% discount vouchers from the Kenilworth Centre branch. When I received the total, I gave my 20% discount and the cashier called the supervisor who told me that I can only redeem the 20% discount at the Kenilworth branch. I was so furious as the line was long and it did not make any logical sense. I went to Clicks in KC and they were more than happy to refund me and give me the 10% discount as I the cashier never gave me the other one back. Nasifa, Elaine and Mr Allie at Clicks Kenilworth Centre were absolutely amazing. Their customer centricity makes me want to shop at only the KC branch! They went the extra mile with a smile on their face on a Sunday morning! I am disappointed in the non-consistency of Clicks and this was not my first bad experience at the Canal Walk branch!
