Vodacom Tablet - 6 months No Tablet

I returned a Vodacom Power Tab 10 still under warranty to Clicks Grahamstown on 25 July 2017 with what appeared to be a leaky battery. Long story short 2 or so months later I was informed by Vodacom that it could not be repaired and that they had credited Clicks with the amount. Despite the best efforts by Mr Jim Marthinus (who should be commended for trying) at Clicks Grahamstown, Clicks head office seems to have forgotten about my refund or a replacement tablet.

So 6 months and counting...judging by the no responses by Clicks on this site I am most likely screaming into the void.
