Vitality Screening

Beginning of December 2019, my wife and I came in for vitality screening at the Clicks In Midlands liberty Mall. The sister in charge performed all the tests and promised us that she will email our results to us and submit them to discovery for vitality grading. To our surprise only my wife’s form was submitted and mine has not been submitted till this very day. I have not received any email informing me of the submission of notifying me of the results. Furthermore, my wife’s HIV test does not reflect on the results. We visited Clicks today to enquire and the sister told us that she cannot help us anymore because we should have came in last year as soon as we had identified the problem. She gave us a lot of attitude and we decided to leave rather than to argue with her. We would like this issue to be addressed and our points captured because we can’t have gone through the process and not be reward at the end.
