VIOLATION OF PRIVACY.

I went inside Clicks Westgate in Roodepoort (assisted by Phumeza) and bought a cough mixture in their pharmacy in the morning (13 Jan) because I was sick and needed to drink it, I paid the syrup and went out and continue with other things.

After lunch I went back to Clicks to buy a drink, on my way out, I was approach by a their male security who demanded to search my personal hand bag ( excuse me, I m female, I keep personal female things on my handbag). With his dirty hands where I don't know if they are sanitised or not he touched my bag and said I must take out the cough mixture inside my handbag and show him the slip that I paid for it. I looked at him in shock because I have drank twice the medication. He said I must put it on the counter giving me an impression that I might have ****** it (excuse me, how can anyone ***** medication from the pharmacy and drink it twice in the store)

He called his colleague which is a female and she opened the bottle and saw it has been drank twice and said I must leave the store before they come. I don't know who is "they", I believe its Clicks management. Maybe "they" whoever it is was gonna arrest or do whatever God knows to me for the cough mixture presumably ****** by me. Wow. He went on and ask me to go call Phumeza at the pharmacy to come and sort out this issue!!! (you must have sniffed or shoot some kind of ****)

If you buy meds at Clicks pharmacy, they lock them in a small basket, I believe no one can even try to open that basket. Only at the till point when you pay they are able to open that basket. As for their stupid and foolish security to even suggest that I have ****** the med. Those baskets can not even fit on my handbag. How on earth could I even try and open the basket and drink 2 doses of meds in the store?

I am not gonna keep a slip for each and every item in my personal handbag just because Clicks Westgate has failed to put the correct system in place. If a merchandise is removed from the store without authorisation, it should ring in the door and then after further investigation you can suggest that I m a *****.

I highly advice Clicks to request WHO to invent a vaccine for common sense and shoot it on their staff members before working with COVID 19 vaccination.

By the way, I m going back on Sat (15 Jan) to submit a script, if any man demands my handbag and lay their dirty hands on it, I will slap across their eyes with the back of my hand. I m a customer not a suspect in a crime.
