On Thursday the 25/06/2020 i had went into clicks galleria to purchase ariel detergents that where buy one get one free .when i had taken the items (it was 3 deals that i had taken )an employee came up to me and said i cannot buy so much and he will have to check with the branch manager. i walked around the storw and the branch manager screamed from the back of his office "the customer cannot buy so much" I then asked to speak to him and when he came out his mask was not covering his nose ,i then screamed and told him do not Victimise me .He is Victimising me because i had two occasions complained about this storw and the terrible service and the way i was treated by the branch manager and his team . then all the black staff had grouped together and also the security gaurd was ganging up on me and telling me i cannot buy this item and im taking to much of it . another black customer then started insulting me and was passing racial remarks and your clicks team fsid absolutely nothing about it .i was with my mum and fiancé at the time . i had also purchased to hand out to a few families that was not well to do financially during this time . You entire clicks team has a problem and i am now being discriminated at your store .yet on facebook when other customers are posting for sales they are purchasing without shoppling limits but the problem is galleria. I insisted that an investigation be done with that store because i did not wrong .and i only expect good service and further more i will not tolerate somebody screaming from the back of the office at me to tell me i cannot buy . thabrez has an issue with me because i had complained before about him and because of this he is not treating me fairly at clicks galleria . I was was told that the area manager said i must not buy those items in the store and when asked to speak to the area manager i was told he cannot allow me to speak to that person . its disappointing to know that a brand that i have supported from a little boy is now treating me like dirt . i am not a ******** i am an honest shopper that is buying items on sale and if i am banned from clicks then contact me and send official letter so aay i am banned because of my buying patterns . if not i want awritten apology from the store for the way i was treated and also i want the deal that i had went to buy . It is becoming a problem with clicks galleria that they treat customers like this .
