Very unhelpful

<p>I have misplaced my daughters imunization card. I have tried to contact Clicks in order to get the information from their system. No one seems to bother to answer their phones. I phoned the call centre and the Clicks at Lakeside Mall, I even tried to send a request via their contact form on the website. I phoned Dischem and they gave me the details I needed right away. Now I know why I changed service providers. </p>
