Very unhappy online customer

So I ordered online a few things and I dont know if it is a website problem but somehow my money got deducted from my account and when I went back to my online account my stuff was still in the basket and no order was processed i didnt receive any invoice or confirmation so basically you stole my money and now no one is calli mw back
