Very unhappy

On Sunday 24 August 2020 midday had decided to go shopping and then got to Pinecrest centre Pinetown in Durban When I got in the Pinecrest centre started by withdraw cash from an FNB ATM the ones on the ground floor the amount of R600. I then went to clics store in Pinecrest centre of which I was told that the money I have was **** when I was about to pay at the till for the things I was buying I then showed them my msg of cash withdrawal that I just got the money from the ATM but the way they treated mi I was not really pleased and the supervisor was ready to void the sale even be4 she could ask if I'm gonna be able to pay for those things I was very disappointed I really can't believe even today and I went to the bank and the was nothing wrong with the cash it was deposited back into my account as it was I would please to the superiors of clicks group to properly traine these people you hire how to treat customers The said thing didn't even take the name of the cashier and the supervisor also the manager who was on duty but probably you will know according to your schedule and if proof is wanted I can submit my bank statement because I paid via EFT Thank you Miss Sinegugu Dladla Very unhappy customer ☹️☹️
