Very slow service clicks pharmacy parow mall

Good day I have been going to clicks pharmacy for the last year in parow mall. The service is pathetically slow the staff all seem to be hanging around in the back and only one or two attending to people in a queue of over 15 people. The usual time of waiting is roughly between 20-40 mins to get help. Even when there are only a hand full of people in the queue you could end up waiting for over 20mins. The service is pathetic at the Parow mall branch. I've been to other clicks pharmacies before and the longest I've waited was a bit 10mins no matter how long the queue. Could you please improve this service by either getting more staff or getting a number system as is used at clicks pharmacy N1 city mall. Something needs to be done it's ridiculous that people have to queue that long. Your feedback on this matter would be highly appreciated. ADJ
