Very rude manager at Clicks Springs Mall

Ive never received such bad customer service today.

I went to Clicks in Springs mall to get my prescription. While I was waiting in the queue I saw an adverti*****t about clicks baby. Being pregnant this caught my eye and wanted to find out more about it. When paying for my medication I asked the teller to let me know more about Clicks Baby, she then referred me to the manager who was on duty today 22 November 2017 at 12:15. Little did I know that I'd receive such bad attitude for asking about something.

After waiting for him while he was on a personal call talking about cars and facebook with who knows who, only after the teller reminded him that theres people in front of him waiting to be assited by him, he told the person on the phone to hold and he looked at me as if I was disturbing him from doing something very important, he then said what do I want, I told him I wanted more information about Clicks baby. He rudely responded and said its for people who want discounts on baby products. I then asked how do I join, after rolling his eyes at me he gave me a form to complete, I asked for a pen so that I can complete the form, he rudely responded and said he doesnt have and he immediately resumed talking with the person on the phone about facebook. I couldnt believe that there are such obnoxious people out there yet alone a manager of a shop. Regards,
