VERY RUDE CASHIER

Super shocking and horrible service I had just literally received at Clicks Cedar square. Very rude Young lady :who told me her name is Lehlohonolo(but my till slip is written Kgaugelo) @ 17:51:31(13th January 2020)

... After paying with a card, for the items I was buying, she removed my card from the Speed point, and put it on the counter, I gave her the card on hand, after asking why is she putting it on the counter (I asked because I observed her unpleasant attitude) and not giving it back, she scratched it on the counter and gave it to me :not being remorseful even, then after that, she gave me a rude stir and asked me :what is it (ke eng) in sotho,she said. I told her she's rude, and she said okay(in a condiscending tone)...

To start with, she was so unwelcoming, I greeted her when I got to the till, but it sounded like she wasn't prepared to respond neither serve us (I was with my sister):we bought items that were on 2 for 3 special, she was just unhelpful, my sister had to go back and fetch the outstanding items...

I've been shopping at Clicks Cedar square for over 7 years, but I'm disappointed and shocked to have received such a service today !!!!
