very rude agent

I recieved a call from an agent who introduced herself as calling on behalf of clicks and asked me to register my clicks club card as it was not registred that doid not make sense to me as i have had this card for years and it has been registered all along.<br> I tried to ask her what was going on and the clearly agitated lady was very rude! she demanded my name as if i was a person under arrest i asked her that if she sees my card is on the system then clearly she has my name to which she responded ''Mam please go to the store and register your card and she hung up???<br> what the hell you call me during working hours and talk to me rudely then you hung up? please note clicks is not the only service provider there is dischem and others if clicks has made enough money there is no need to be cheeky to clients just tell us to leave we will gladly leave!!!!!
