Very poor sevice

Very poor service. Shuanton did not help. Head office Anele was the worse. Tried to return an item that the manager at 419 Kabeg Park knew about but no help. Useless. Paid but no refund even with cash slip they printed. They are going downhill very fast. Local and national service poor. No call back as promised
