Very poor service delivery!!

Very poor service delivery. We placed an online order the Thursday and received a delivery notification the Friday but it's now Tuesday and we still have not received the order.

I called the customer service number only to find myself speaking to a very rude person with no clue as to what customer service is. She was more attent on arguing with me instead of trying to find out where my order is and how long it will take before it gets to me. A full day has passed and nobody has been in contact with me. Very poor service all round.
