Very Poor Service

What a terrible experience from the Cradlestone branch. Order placed online for only 4 products and after receiving the message that the collection is ready, drive all the way to the store just to be told that their operating times on the internet is incorrect and have to return tomorrow. Drive back the following day and suprise suprise, when opening the box two items ordered is not there. After phoning the store and being told that they cannot help me the manager will phone back, nothing happens. After finally getting hold of the manager, I have to return to the store to exchange the items with evidence that I did not receive the full parcel, like I was the one who made the mistake. What type of service is that ?!
