Very poor service

I am very disappointed at the lack of service - or poor service at the Cosmetics department at the Waterfront store. I wonder what criteria they use to select customers who deserve their time. I have been to the store twice in the week to buy foundation. I was not assisted at all and at both times they passed and instead went to a white lady standing next to me. So I am not sure if maybe I don't look like someone who can afford foundation or what the problem is. Both times I have left the shop and complained to the security guard as the managers themselves are not visible and besides my disappointment and humiliation wouldn't allow me to stay a second longer at the shop.
