Very poor Management skills

On Saturday 03 October 2020, we went to Clicks Pharmacy at Gateway Mall KZN... the cashier Ryan Somaru was awesome, but because we needed to pay with two bank cards, he had to call the manager to assist... a young unprofessional lady came and just said they don’t allow payments with 2 bank cards, they only do that if we are paying with a bank card and cash or bank card and a gift card so because people were looking at us as if we having problems paying, and she wasn’t friendly-I decided to pay everything with one card and your manager just walked away. Firstly I always buy at Clicks so I know that was nonsense unless if the rules have changed. We have a Momentum Multiply Visa card which is linked to our medical savings hence we use two cards and we never had a problem before. Secondly, she could have ask if we wouldn’t mind if she cancelled they sell and processed 2 invoices so we can pay with both cards...she was totally unreasonable. Since when Clicks can’t use two bank cards to pay?
