I made a few calls and ended up passing by Alex Mall, popped in and requested to talk to the beauty advisor for some assistance. Precious Motaung, was so helpful in assisting me in choosing a colour from the Revlon Lustrous Shine Lipstick, she even advised she will follow up on the supplier to provide the store with more samples as this particular item was not selling. I was surprised as they had them with no samples. She went all out to take time out from her break to come help me. Clicks needs more beauty advisors such as her!

Clicks needs to get their staff to answer the phonelines, one of the pharmacists told me i must leave where I am and come to the store to speak to Felix who is the manager.@Felix, please improve on this. Even Themba insisted the phones arent ringing, yet I have been trying to call the store since 09:30am and only got throught now at 10:35am.
