Very frustrated

I called Clicks The Avenues (Springs) as a pickup point for my chronic this morning and I was given the courier company contact to trace my meds. I called DSV on *** and the lady told me my chronic was delivered for the 10th Feb. At that time it was my mother's burial and yes I missed the date yet there was no notification either. I only realised yesterday that I missed the collection date, however, can someone tell me where is my medication at this point and time as Im running out of meds. Where is my package and when can I pick up please?? ID *** . . . Regards
