Very dissatisfied with their service

I am so disappointed with the level of service that I have received from clicks online. I bought a few items on the 6th of August 2021. On the 13th August, 1 item was delivered and the rest were not. I then enquired a few days later I was advised that my order went missing and suddenly there is no stock. Mind you I ordered the items because I need them but now they want to refund me. I don't want a refund I want my items
