Very dissapointed

<p>Dear Clicks, I am a regular customer to your Parkview Shopping Centre store in Moreletapark in Pretoria.</p> <p>I stopped spending my money at Clicks due to bad service for many years. During 2016 I thought maybe the service will be better and started spending again, but oh dear - I need to rethink this decision and return my spending patterns to Dischem.</p> <p>I am really disappointed in the way I was treated today.</p> <p>I purchased a Twisp Clearo 2 device during March 2017 and return the faulty device early in April 2017. To my disappointment the device gave problems again. I went back to the store with my proof of purchase and original packaging as requested by the staff there and your returns policy.</p> <p>Never mind waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes because there is only one cashier on duty (this happens almost daily). The cashier shouting for a supervisor to assist, upon I think the supervisor assistance I was refused to return the product and was told that they will refund me because it will be the second time the product is returned. I said to the lady that I do not want to be refunded, I want the product again it was refused and I was told that they (Clicks) is loosing money now and I should take the money and go to another Twisp vendor.</p> <p>I took the money refunded to me and sent one of my colleagues to go and purchase a new device from the same store again.</p> <p>I must say that this experience has left me with a bitter taste especially because I feel humiliated.</p> <p>This was absolutely the worst retail experience of my life.</p> <p> </p>
