Very disappointing service

Went to Clicks at Sanridge Square as normal. Provided my clicks card which had all my details as per norm to get over the counter medication through my medical aid, only to be told by a guy named Thabang that he can't provide me with medication that I needed without me producing my medical aid card and ID, even though I explained that I did not have my medical aid card with me but did have my medical aid number which he also had visual of on profile through my Clicks card which I provided to him. I'm so disappointed at this service being a health worker myself. Long story short, I left the pharmacy without medication.
