VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH VRYHEID CLICKS

Very bad customer service

After I've ordered Black Friday Specials online, the arrangement was for Clicks to deliver the parcel to my local branch in VRYHEID,KZN.

I've received my confirmation of delivery sms on 30 November.

On my arrival at Clicks Vryheid, they advised me that the parcel is not yet there, and that I needed to go back again the following day.

Only got to the store on Monday 3 December and was assisted by Gugulethu. After about 30 minutes, he informed me that the parcel was not there. He did not even contact Clicks Online to follow up with them.

I gave him my details and contact number and asked to be contacted once he has found out where the parcel was.

Back at work, I phoned the Online Help Desk myself. The lady confirmed again that the parcel was defnitely delivered on Friday 30 November. She advised me that I should tell Gugulethu to phone them to confirm.

I then went back to the store today again. Up till now, Gugulethu did not phone me back.

When he saw me, he immediately aknowledged that he did nothing about my query because according to him I was very upset yesterday. Really!!??

This is really the worst manner which a customer could be treated.

He kept on shaking his head for me with an attitude. And kept me there for longer then 30 minutes!

Only after I've spoken to the manager, Mntunzi, he came out with the parcel.

I will never order anything Online with Clicks again and asked it to be delivered to Vryheid Branch!

Really pathetic Service!!

I am only doing my pharmacy shopping at Clicks Vryheid due to the ladiea working there great service and efficiency.

It is very sad that one rotten apple is now causing my feeling towards Clicks to change so drastically.

Gugulethu, you and Clicks Vryheid will not see me ever again!!
