Very bad service - rude and unhelpful

Shardrack Mokoena needs some serious training on how to treat customers. He's always rude and unhelpful.

On 4 February 2022 I went to Clicks to buy medication. They were about to close. He asked me, why are coming at this time? His colleague stood and helped me from his computer. He was so rude.

On 31 March 2022 I went again to buy medication. They called my ticket, when I approached the till it was canceled already. I went to him to explain that my ticket is canceled because your music is too loud. I didn't hear when my ticket was called.

Before I even opened my mouth to talk, he said " I didn't call you, I am busy with other things and he left"

He's very rude and unhelpful.
