Very bad service
I live in Soweto and on Friday I went to few clicks looking for an injection that I needed to take on Friday.. From 9am I was at Jabulani mall unfortunately they didn't have the injection aswell as,Protea, keywest, netcare pharmacy next to cradle stone which was clicks.. I drove around looking for it until I got to Clearwater clicks and finally the guy at the dispensary was very helpful and went to ask the nurse if they keep its stock, he came back to a lady named Bongi with a white coat who seemed to know alot cos those guys were busy asking him everything. I arrived at that clicks at 13:10 and Bongi was on a personal call with the phone on the speaker and was busy on the computer.. Now the guy who was helping me went to her and she says to the guy, we dnt keep stock but we can order it.. I was so relieved bcs I've bn driving around.. She dials a landlines and speaks to someone on the other side asking about the injection, I now stood up and went to her.. I think the way she saw me I didn't afford the injections that my pregnancy depended on.. She says to me, before I order these u must pay them and I said no problem, I knw 1 injection costs a 1000... She goes on on the landline with the line and the other lady on the private fone is also talking and now she's explaining to both of them 'I'm multitasking' I then ask her if she orders now when am I gonna get them.. She says tomorrow and I tell her I needed to take it today.. She rudely says 'well if u came before 12,u were gonna get it today'.. Number 1 Bongi was not even interested whr I was before that 12,she jst told the lady, Pls cancel the order and dropped the call and went back to the private call... Well thanks God I went to dischem and guess what, I got the best service from WHITE people who didn't even doubt whether I could afford the injections.. Running around and calling my Dr to get the dose and everything. I got the best service at Dischem and it was even the first time shopping there.. They had 1 injection and ordered 2 for me without paying bcs they know I need the injection and will be coming to get them weekly... I was not the only one complaining about Bongi at Clearwater clicks and u jst lost a customer.. I don't see myself in any clicks around SA ever.. I evn cut ur stupid card Dat I use daily for petrol nxa.. I will post on hello Peter and ada social media to tell ppl how u treat ur customers...
