Very bad online service

<p>On 6 June I bought an Item online for delivery to my house, on the 8th they said the parcel has been dispatched same day they say there is a delay and will deliver the 12 or 13th. Have not received anything after al my emails and phone calls they just keep telling me that the consultant will phone me back shortley and he just does not phone back. Delivery was suppose to be between 1-3 days as per advertised but no one gets back to me regarding this. Unacceptable service and will never buy with them again. And in the mean time I needed the parcel before my holiday as no one will be home but they cant deliver as promised.</p>
