Very bad online order experience - no acceptable solution to issue with order

First AND last time I order online from Clicks. I put in an order yesterday and was quite impressed by the speedy delivery (the next day). However, the order, containing a number of chocolates, was only delivered at around 16:30 today, meaning the chocolates were in the back of a truck for a whole day in middle of Summer and heat wave!!! All melted and of no use (some was intended as a gift which I can obviously now not use)!! I phoned customer service, only to be told to take it to a store and exchange it there!!! When I said to the lady why should I have to drive to a store when I've ordered online, I was basically told that was it and she will look at which store has stock so THAT I CAN DRIVE THERE!!! That is REALLY not helpful or acceptable!!. I order online and pay shipping fees for exactly the fact that I DONT WANT TO DRIVE to all stores. Will get rid of the chocolates as melted chocolates containing filling is horrible to eat and will never make use of Clicks again
