Very Bad Frustrating Service

<p>My doctor sent me a prescription via fax for my chronic medication. I went to clicks Carlswald Sanridge Square as I am working in Midrand so they are the closest. When I came there I spoke to a Lebogang who is working at the pharmacy. He told me that they can't accept any faxes. I phoned my doctor to to inform him of the frustration and he told me that it is nonsense as my medicine is schedule 3 and can be given to me with a fax copy of the prescription. I went to another Clicks branch and they gave my medicine to me without any hassles. I will definitely not advise anyone to go to Clicks Carlswald Sanridge Square nor speak to the pharmacist Lebogang. Waste of time and petrol!!</p>
