VERY BAD ATTITUDE FROM A PERSON WHO SAYS HE IS A MANAGER

I have always loved Clicks for the cleanness, good service and good product delivery that they always have. I am however left furious and and very disappointed at the service and attitude I got from a Clicks employee who turned out to be a store manager. I am working in Waverley Pretoria and The Clicks store in Waverley Plaza is the most convenient to do my shopping. I am a makeup artist so naturally I enjoy window shopping for makeup products so I usually go past Clicks Waverley during my lunch breaks to see what new products they have in store. I one day met a guy names Stephen Malatji at the store one time. I thought he was a normal employee , he showed interest in me and asked for my number, I turned him down, as a lady I never took it seriously and I actually forgot about that incident until today. As usual, today I went past Clicks to purchase a pair of strip lashes for a client. I was going through different makeup products as usual, and I happened to test one lipstick which is something I seldom do. I asked Stephen who happened to be in the alley, if they had testers for some lipstick that I loved. He rudely said NO. Then in front of a whole bunch of people he said to me: "we dont keep testers for every product because we have poor people like you who come to test our stuff and leave without buying. people like you abuse store products. I know you you come here everyday to abuse store testers". I was quite shocked because to be honest I had never tested anything in that store except for one time when I was testing a Lo'real infallible foundation which I did buy. in fact a store assistant helped me to test that foundation. After Stephen's rude words, I talked back, I was very angry, we got into an argument. Realizing that he was continuing to give me a bad attitude, I asked for the manager. Quite to my big surprise, he said he was the manager. I felt very helpless. How can we have a manager who treats people like this? If the manager himself has a bad attitude, where do the rest of us go when this happens? he continued to say 'I will tell you whatever I want to tell you, I am the manager. You abuse store testers, you come here everyday and you never buy" Clicks Waverley is the closest and most convenient store to me, I buy most of my products there. I felt that this guy really insulted and embarrassed me a lot. Even if I do test some products at the store,which I dont, is that enough reason for him to insult me for something which is my right? I then remembered that this was a guy who once showed interest in me and I rejected him. Could that have been the reason? If so then this guy doesn't deserve to be a manager. I now have quite a big problem because I will not feel comfortable going to that store again

I suggest that something be done about Stephen, I felt insulted and very belittled at a store that I highly support. This cannot be right
