Very bad and Terrible service Clicks Tembisa Mall

Terrible service from Clicks Tembisa mall, I will never go to that shop again. I went to Clicks at 10am to collect my chronic medication and I was sent from Pillar to post with my prescription. the pharmacist name called Dumisani Baloyi and his clicks manager are so terrible. he rejected me without the medication. After being a clicks customer for so many years.

I was told to call Polofields clicks branch where I normally take my medication, I did ha and even emailed Polofields clicks and one of the dispensary lady spoke with Dumisani in m cellphone but still Dumisani refused to give me my medication.
