Verry verry bad online service

Verry verry bad online service after purchace with Store pick-up. 1) Every 3for2 purchace ends with a email of no stock, or they just have 2 2) Was more than a hour in store with online service on the phone 3) As soon as the problem was explained they end the call!!!
