Verbal altercation - Clicks Eden meadow branch

Extremely disappointed with my visit to the Eden Meadow branch on 21 August 2026, around 15:30–16:20. While shopping, I heard a loud, drawn-out verbal altercation between a male and a female customer (shouting, swearing, the works) . That went on for a while before the woman stormed off toward the pharmacy, still visibly furious. Then, later on, I witnessed a brief but tense exchange between the same customer and a security guard as she was leaving the store (only a few words were said), but the tone was still clearly hostile given what had just happened.

The store was practically empty with fewer than 10 customers in the entire branch , so there's no excuse for what I saw next, (none really). Not one staff member stepped in to de-escalate either incident. No intervention, no attempt to calm things down, nothing. For a retail environment, that's a serious lapse in basic customer safety and professionalism, and honestly it left me questioning whether staff are trained to handle this kind of situation at all.

I'd strongly encourage management to pull the CCTV footage from that time period and see for themselves. Based on what I witnessed, this branch has some real gaps to address when it comes to staff response and customer safety.
