Ventilation system not attended to

Today at 17H45 I went to clicks Denlyn to do my usual shopping of toiletry but I could not shop due to the high temperature in the store when I asked why is the ventilation system not running they said they've been waiting for the maintenance guys and they are not sure if they'll come. So just decided to buy a Michum and leave other stuff due to the temperature level
