Vaccine roll-out

I must express my utmost disgust in the way Clicks is doing their vaccine drive especially after the President announced the "VUMA" vaccine drive where no person shall be turned down a vaccine. I had an appointment at 15h50 @Clicks Tsakane mall and when i got there i was told that they have reached their 70 ppl walk-in quota for the day. I then showed the assistant my appointment confirmation sms and was told that unfortunately there is nothing he can do. The next day Saturday 16 October 2021, I made my way to Clicks Lakeside Mall hoping they could assist me. I explained to the assistant what had happened and he advised that unfortunately we cant use another branches appointment there and advised me to wait. And due to time constraints I could not. Later that same day, I made 3 appointments for myself and 2 other family members @Clicks Carnival Mall for Sunday 17 October 2021, and when we got there we were told that no they don't do vaccines over the weekend. Again same process, showed the sms confirmations and all i got was a shrug. We then rushed back to Clicks Tsakane to see if we could get assisted again, thankfully 1 member got vaccinated but myself and husband couldn't due to the fact that they can only administer a Pfizer vaccine if there are 6 ppl waiting for it as they cannot open a vile for only 2 ppl as advised by the nurse. She then later says something about ***** with the vaccines. Now my questions are, 1. why allow to make online bookings at branches when they don't operate on the weekends. 2. Why is there no mention of a walk-in limit at the entrance. This is an utter disappointment considering how time sensitive reaching our herd immunity percentage is.
