Vaccination

I went for my 2nd vaccine dose at clicks Blue Route mall yesterday I took time off at work because it was my date for the 2nd jab the service and attitude that I got from the assistant and the pharmacy manager stinks the lady first told because I did not book they don't have any vaccine dose left for the day they get doses according to the number of appointments and I asked to speak to the manager who came to attend me after a long wait and he didn't even give me a chance to say anything he just told me as per what he heard from the assistance they cant assist me I must make an appointment they can't waste a dose just because I was told the last time that my 2nd dose was on the 9th and they didn't say I must go there I can go to any vaccine place even public hospitals I couldn't believe the nerve yes I do understand there's procedures to follow in every workplace but this was unprofessional. S. A government is asking everyone to vaccine and companies have due date to submit vaccine cards and yet we have people who are not willing to assist I mean if they were willing to assist me they should have atleast checked if there's any canceled appointments then assist me with doing manual appointment for the next day because not everyone is having access of doing online appointment
