Vaal Clicks branches and Customer Complaints are failing customers!!!
Atrocious could be the best the word I can use

In March, from Riverside Boulevard Clicks in Vanderbijlpark, I received via delivery my Antidepressant labelled 100mg, yet the box looked smaller, it was a 50mg box labelled as a 100mg
I had to call again for them to fix it. And he was rude all the way from me trying to collect my shorted medications. All the airtime because of their mistakes was on me. This was all on the 13th
Days later I realised my Anticonvulsant Topiramate 100mg was also short, instead of 60, I received 30, and I must add this is not the first time Ive been shorted on my prescription medication, not long before I got Zolnorem and was short on that as well.
They counted and said they were 30 over and they sent it. The gentleman was so rude in saying that I should count my medication when I receive them, but Pharmacists are supposed to do that. I also realised I was very short on my Topiramate 50mg and when I called and asked if they will please do a recount on the Medications that Im yet again also short on,The Zolnorem and The Topiramate 50, they flat out refused, despite me having photos and despite all the mistakes they’d already made.
Eventually I got my Topiramate but not my other medication and Robert had told me that all the medications balanced and yet how didnt the 100? Lies to not take responsibility and do everything but serve and protect the customer.
If the medication is balancing then something is wrong, and I demand that I be compensated for all the medications I was short because you have made way too many mistakes to ignore and I’ve wasted so much money calling and being treated unfairly. You know I am epileptic
You have no care for human life if this is the case or for your customers
