Utterly Disgusted!!!!

bad service from clicks blueroute mall.firstly i have been at the till for buying a few items as the cashier was very helpful but then a service advisor named "noxi" shouted and scold at the cashier for helping me out.secondly the store manager is never in store as i am in the mall everyday as i want to put a stop to this bad service from service advisors shouting at good service from cashiers.Barbara stevens as the store manager of this store where are you because you are never in store to sort your advisors i wonder what would your headoffice say about this.i will be back into the store and if nothing is resolved as talking nicely to your cashiers showing them the right ways motivate them to go futher and give them also chances to get experience in the job.your headoffice does nothing because of new people thats almost every month employed but where are the old people?fired?resigned?why?what is the problem in that store
