Utterly Disappointing Service.

I placed an online order at Clicks with the expected delivery date of 1-3 working days. The 3rd business day has passed and I still dont have my order. I spoke to a consultant Marcheri Manual who promised to call me back with feedback but never did, I called back and was told that she is on lunch. I called the 3rd time, the call lasted 50 minutes and still no satisfaction. She kept making it seem as though she is doing me a favor by trying to find out what went wrong with my Christmas Order. Kept making comments that she has been "more than patient with me" and that she is not an online consultant and that the online consultant won't help me because he is too busy!! In order to get my refund I must wait 7 - 15 working days. That doesn't help me much as these gift were for my nieces and the stores I've visited dont have these items in stock.
