Useless staff handing out dangerous meds

Clicks beacon bay, east london are continually losing my script. Which ends up costing me money to go back to see my doctor. Four years ago they ******ed up my script by putting in the wrong amount. It was only found when I lost it and had to spend weeks off work. When I got back the company wanted to get rid of me and I had to find other work. On saturday, 24th of august 2019 , my wife went to collect my monthly pills. I take 6 different types. 8 tablets a day. Everything has been going well. With so many tablets it's hard to keep track but I would think that a company like clicks would make sure they are up to scratch. One of the tablets is a navalpro 500mg and a navalpro 200mg. On the 200mg it was labelled 200mg on the box and the label but the product package was 300mg. Any idea what a slight change in medication would do to me!!!
