Useless staff

The staff is absolutely useless!!!! Every single clicks I've popped in from the Vaal, Alberton even to Cresta. I'm not sure if they just not receiving proper training or are they just completely ***********? They literally have no client communication skills, rude and honestly I don't ever want to set a foot in Clicks again .
