USELESS Service

I've placed my order on 11 SEPTEMBER 2024 and it's now 16 DAYS since my order was placed and no one is getting back to me or giving me any updates. NOR do I have my order.

I am not getting any replies on my ticket either after I was promised a reply today.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!
