USELESS online service from Clicks, no parcel.

The parcel has been with the courier since 21 April 2023 5:40pm, its the 28th April today. Your online system is not working and no one knows where the parcel is. Been on call for 30 mins through different departments and they hung up and don't know where it is. What a joke this business is!
