Useless, non delivery and not caring about customers

I have placed an order on the 22'nd of November 2018.

After speaking to numerous agents and spending about 1h30 on the phone , and visiting a physical shop, I still don't have my order.

With every call I was promised some form of outcome, either a call back, or the order will be re-created, etc.

What is my next step? I don't know... laying ***** charges against this useless company. (They probably don't care either)
