Useless Customer Service from Clicks

s usual I recieved ridiculous service from Clicks again. No one can tell me why they have not got stockk of Revlon Flex Maxi Styling Gel Extreme Hold 150ml. I have been to more than 3 stores in Port Elizabeth and they have no stock. I have called another 2 stores this morning they also dont have stock. I will advised to call the customer care number so that they could advise on why there is no stock at DC and what the hold up was. If it was a problem with the supplier etc. So I called the customer care number. The person that answered was so rude. Firstly did not anwer the phone professionaly and then when I asked if he can check for me I was told that they do not have access and only get notified a day before when the stock will be arriving. How the hell does a business operate like that! Extremely dissapointed in the lack of Customer Service Clicks has to offer. Clearly I am not going to get an answer on my question.
