Useless customer service
Hi<br> <br> I have requested for the reason why my reward points I receive no longer show up on the website. as from the 8th month last year I have never received it on the website again. so I emailed CLICKS CUSTOMER SERVICE as I can't take phone calls at work. then I received a email with them going on about this stupid postal strike south Africa had and that my post was returned to them. THIS 2 WEEKS AFTER I EMAILED. then I rep**** explaining again that they full of ****, as I have requested no more post a long time ago and it still does not explain why it is not showing on the website like always. I spent almost 4000rand with them in that time, so it is a lot of points. it has been almost 2 weeks again and no response. CLICKS IS USELESS AND I THINK DISCEM WILL BE A BETTER CHOICE. but I will continue to fight has I am not losing points because of useless people.<br> <br> Shaun<br> Germiston
