Useless Customer care and even worse IT Support

Had endless issues on the website trying to checkout and eventually phoned their customer care number for assistance twice on the online option my call was hung up in my ear. I then Tried normal customer services who were useless and *********** asked to speak to a manger but as per usual they were in a meeting.... and would call me back. I then got a call from an absolute disgrace to customer service from their IT department (Who would not give his Name) arguing left right and center with me. Already an IRATE customer that does not need that, so eventually already p'd off I gave him a few good choice words and asked for a manager callback tomorrow. Really POOR from a well-known store
