Useless clicks in Mamelodi crossing

My experience this afternoon with a pharmacist there was very unpleasant. A pharmacist refused to dispense medication for my son, the script is for ointments that we use to keep his eczema under control. I had asked her to give me the ingredients for the mixture which I will then mux myself at home. I was told she cannot do that as it is against the law. I have received these ingredients separately many times before at other clicks pharmacies and dischems. She also told me they only have emulsifying ointment which we normally replace with regular vaseline because we were told by the doctor himself and other pharmacists who have helped us before that the PMA on the prescription is the equivalent to regular everyday vaseline. This pharmacist refused to allow me to then buy this regular vaseline and have her mix it for me with it instead of emulsifying ointment. I was told by her that there would be no refunds on the medication should we encounter any problems. I found her to be very rude and unwilling to hear my explanation. We left the pharmacy with no medication because I was refused help for reasons I thought were not valid.
