Useless click and collect. You'd get your product sooner walking to a store.

I ordered click and collect on 28 April and selected express 24 hr delivery, which after 4 days is still processing. Clicks' *********** customer call centre had the gall to tell me it's only available in Johannesburg. What stupidity then allows a customer to select a store in Somerset West? Even with regular delivery I should have received the product by now.

I want a cancellation and a refund. I'll stick to Dischem where 24 hours IS 24 hours.
